A recipe for dreaming your truth
Create truth within yourself, the stronger your purpose the closer you feel to yourself, detaching yourself from negative thoughts and feelings allows room for a flow of positive energy that can make you feel good, feel God.
I highly suggest the following treatment once a week through the winter months. The benefit of bathing in our ‘sensual bath oil’ is you come out of the bath hydrated and there is no need to apply any moisturisers to your body, just get straight into bed and have a wonderful night sleep, enjoy a purposeful dream where your heart can flow to the beating of truth.
Make note in the morning of your dream and spend time pondering the true meaning of the images, colours and feeling that it gave you. Hopefully it will give you insight to where your truth is, if your dream is upsetting it may give you clues to start the path of creating the very opposite feeling the dream gave you when you awoke. Remember in life we have opposites, male female, day night, love hate and so on.
I suggest Sensual Bath Oil
170ml Rose Water
¼cup Pink Clay
130ml Macadamia Oil
Sensual blend:
20 drops of Ylang Ylang 1st pure essential oil
20 drops of Australian Sandalwood pure essential oil
Combine rose water and clay. When the clay has dissolved pour into a bottle.
Combine the macadamia oil and sensual blend. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the oil into the bottle with water blend.
Let this settle, the oil will rise above the rose water.
Directions for use:
Shake the bottle well then pour 2 capfuls in running water of your bath.
Enjoy!

Oh, I do love the unexpected! I’ve spent a large part of today reading and writing and was nearly at the jaded stage. Finding this has made me smile! I could do with one of those pre-bed baths just about now – and I haven’t even cooked our evening meal yet!
But there’s such a big universal truth in your advice; we writers often get so involved in our internal worlds that we forget to nurture our real bodies, tap into all of our gut intuition and senses and connect with what we long to recreate – life itself.
Yummy recipe – I could smell and feel that bath as I was reading!
