Thank you Rosa! Your words are sweet music indeed. I will have to remember Ma'alahi as calm contentment... that does seem to fit with The Calm Space, doesn't it?

I am thriilled we have made it through the first year, without too many growing pains, and our second year promises to be very exciting indeed.

I am sure I speak for all the Calm Space team when I say thank you for your generosity and kind words. Mahalo Rosa.

Hau‘oli la hanau – Happy Birthday Káren to you and to all your contributors here at The Calm Space!

Your online magazine is one of my favorite reads, for each article continues to exude the spirit of Aloha with Ma‘alahi – that gloriously special persuasion for calm contentment. All of you help me savor my life greatly, helping me to open my eyes to the splendor of it.

Thank you so much – your going the distance for this birthday is a gift to all of us. The first birthday, la hanau ‘akahi, is so, so important!
